RUSA requests proposals from qualified licensed engineering firms, to prepare a Roadmap (Assessment) of the existing Water Reclamation Facility's supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems.  A hybrid (in-person and virtual) mandatory Preprosal Conference is scheduled for February 10, 2026 at 2:00 PM.  Proposals are due March 12, 2026.
