Appointed by the Board in 2017 as the General Manager, Jim was previously the Engineering and Operations Manager for seven years.

Jim is a graduate of Umpqua Community College with an Associate of Science in Civil Engineering, and has worked in the water and wastewater field in the Roseburg area since 1991.
