Roseburg Urban Sanitary Authority (RUSA), was founded in 1983 to meet the sanitary sewer needs of the growing community of Roseburg and the surrounding area.  It is the mission of RUSA to provide the highest quality sewer service, protecting our customers and our environment while preparing for the future in a cost-effective manner.

RUSA provides sanitary sewer service to the City of Roseburg and the Urban Growth Boundary adjacent to the City.
