Xpress Bill Pay

RUSA has partnered with Xpress Bill Pay to bring you easy online payment options with no processing fees! In the coming days RUSA will transition our online payment links from Point & Pay to Xpress Bill Pay. Please make note of the following in order to make online payments going forward:

Your March 1st bill will have a NEW account number. You must use this new account number to access your account through Xpress Bill Pay.
Any previous reaccuring payments through Point & Pay will no longer be active.
Due to this transition, starting at 5:00 pm on 2/26/24 there will be no online payment options available until the new site goes live March 1st.

This new service will give customers the ability to view, track, and pay their RUSA bills through the secure Xpress Bill Pay website. Various payment options are available including credit and debit cards and electronic funds transfer. Customers can also setup automatic monthly payments and view account history.

Q: Does it cost anything to sign up for online payments?

A: No. It's free to sign up for online bill payment and to use the Xpress Bill Pay service.

Q: Do I need to pay my bills from my computer?

A: Not at all. You can pay your bill from just about anywhere via computer or mobile device. All you need is access to the internet through a web browser. You then log in to your account using your email address and password or sign in using our mobile app. No need to worry about late payments if you’re out of town when your bill is due.

Q: How do I know the payment went through?

A: After you complete the transaction, you can receive an email receipt to confirm that your payment went through.

Q: Is my information safe?

A: Absolutely. All the transactions are handled on secure servers. As long as you don’t give out your password, only you will be able to access your account. Plus, your personal information or email address will not be sold or rented to third parties for marketing purposes without your permission.
