Roseburg Urban Sanitary Authority Budget Committee Meeting

NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING

A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Roseburg Urban Sanitary Authority, Douglas County, State of Oregon, to discuss the Budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025, will be broadcast by Zoom Meeting and open in-person to the public at 1297 NE Grandview Drive, Roseburg, Oregon. Questions may be submitted by email to the General Manager at jbaird@rusa-or.org. Public attendance via Zoom may be arranged by contacting the Administrative Office at 541.672.1551. Detailed instructions on attending remote meetings can be found on the Roseburg Urban Sanitary Authority’s web site under the heading “Remote Board Meetings”. The meeting will take place on the 1st day of May 2024, at 12:00 p.m. The link to the meeting will be posted on the Roseburg Urban Sanitary Authority’s website, www.rusa-or.org. The purpose is to receive the Budget Message and receive comment(s) from the public on the Budget. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. A copy of the Budget Document may be inspected on or after Monday April 29, 2024, at the Roseburg Urban Sanitary Authority’s Administrative Office, 1297 N. E. Grandview Drive, Roseburg, Oregon, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. For further information visit www.rusa-or.org.
