Due to smoke hazards and poor air quality, the Roseburg Urban Sanitary Authority will be closed until further notice.  Starting September 15, 2020 RUSA will remain closed until it is safe for staff to return.
In the event of a sewer emergency please call 541-672-1551 and follow the message prompt.
