| Due to a new discharge permit and new DEQ requirements RUSA has been forced to change our way of treating our outgoing water (effluent). In lieu of designing and building a new treatment plant RUSA has negotiated with DEQ to put in place a natural wetlands treatment facility where our effluent will be treated by the ground, plants, wetlands, and ponds to cool the water and remove the unwanted elements. This is a HUGE cost savings compared to a conventional treatment plant and will enhance existing wildlife on our property. | ||||||||||||||||
